The Brief: The retired owners required an area where they can sit and have a quiet cup of tea or breakfast in summer. The area is quite shady and lawn has always struggled to grow there.
We suggested a modern patio with a circular theme. This is now a stunning and practical extension of their patio area, small enough to give an intimate feel, but large enough to entertain the whole family.
